The Company operates under the brand names MyFemily and Nutritionist Saloni.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions

  • Account means a registered user profile created to access the Service.
  • Affiliate means an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Company.
  • Service refers to the websites https://myfemily.com, https://nutritionistsaloni.com and related digital platforms.
  • User or You means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • Content means all materials, programs, meal plans, videos, text, graphics, designs, branding, and other materials available through the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use the Service. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You meet these requirements.

Nature of Services

The Company provides wellness coaching, nutrition guidance, menstrual health tracking, educational content, and related digital services.

Medical Disclaimer: The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Company and its representatives are not licensed medical practitioners unless explicitly stated. The Service is educational and advisory in nature only.

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals.
  • You will not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • Any action taken based on the Service is at Your own risk.

User Accounts

If You create an Account, You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under Your Account
  • Notify Us immediately of unauthorized use

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.

Payments and Subscriptions

All Services requiring payment must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party gateways.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Subscription cancellations apply to future billing cycles only and do not entitle You to refunds unless expressly provided in the Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the Service is the exclusive property of TNS Fem Health Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You shall not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service
  • Use Content without authorization

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

The Company may immediately terminate access for violations.

The total liability of the Company for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by You for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your health-related decisions
  • Your unlawful conduct

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate Your access at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the Service.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Service.
